Oil prices soared Tuesday as tensions grew over key Persian Gulf oil shipments. Here's how energy futures contracts traded.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Benchmark crude rose $4.13 to finish at $102.96 per barrel.
Gasoline rose 9.12 cents to end at $2.7486 per gallon.
Heating oil rose 12.4 cents to finish at $3.0382 per gallon.
Natural gas rose 0.4 cent to end at $2.9930 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange in London:
Brent crude rose $4.75 to finish at $112.13 per barrel.
